Danny Diab is the Group Chief Executive Officer.

Danny Diab has an Economics background and also holds a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Management, a Diploma in Company Directorship. He has studied Mergers & Acquisitions and Supply Chain Management. Danny Diab is a Foundation fellow of the Institute of Corporate Managers and Chartered Secretaries and a Fellow in the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

In addition to his role with the Diab Group of Companies, Danny is a:

• Director of Pizza Hut Ad Co Limited in Australia
• President of the National Pizza Association

• Over 24 years of business experience in retail, manufacturing and investments
• 10 years experience as a consultant in business improvement; cost restructuring, marketing and divestment
• Advised on and assisted with capital raising and debt funding within various industries
• Advised on and completed acquisitions on behalf of organisations ranging from SME's to PLC's
• Assisted in integration of newly acquired Companies, maximising synergies and cost benefits
• Identifying areas of commercial risk and recommended risk management strategies
• Managed a portfolio of investments which delivered outstanding returns
• Developed and negotiated industrial relations and supply agreements
