CFO

Gehad Saleh is the Groups Chief Financial Officer.

Gehad holds a Bachelor of Commerce (accounting) degree and is a CPA. Gehad has experience in systems management and network design and administration.

Prior to joining the Diab Group, Gehad worked with Ernst & Young as an accountant in the audit sector where he gained significant experience in implementing and monitoring financial disciplines within large organisations.

With the Diab Group, Gehad has worked on numerous investment projects, undertaking feasibility studies, and financial modelling to ensure the correct investment decisions are undertaken. Gehad has worked on various consultancy assignments on behalf of the Group, which involved - Research, recommendations on cost restructuring, de-mergers, effective tax structuring and acquisitions.
