Edwin Lopez Operations Director.

Edwin has over 17 years of experience in the retail and quick service restaurant operations, he has completed a certificate in retail services, advanced management qualification, restaurant management and lead multiple restaurant courses. He has a in depth understanding of consumer marketing and industrial relations.

Edwin is responsible for the Groups Pizza Hut business with a team of management reporting to him and a part time staff base of 200 people. He is responsible for the financial performance of the division and oversees the store development, operations, marketing and staff development within the division.
